🚚 Shipping & Delivery

·         Q: Where does Kustomizables ship to?

A: We currently ship throughout the United States from our workshop in Evansville, Indiana.

·         Q: What is your processing and delivery time?

A: Most personalized orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

·         Q: Will I get tracking information?

A: Yes, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

·         Q: How do I care for my custom T-shirt or tumbler?

A: Wash T-shirts inside out in cold water and tumble dry low. Tumblers should be hand washed only to preserve the design.

·         Q: Are all your products fully customizable?

A: Yes! Every order is made to reflect your exact preferences for size, style, color, and message.
